I had the best experience working with Mike and Destiny on purchasing my home as a first time home buyer/owner! I came to Destiny with a house I was interested in and she suggested a buyer consultation with Mike, which I didn’t know was very much necessary. From that consultation I learned all the ins and outs about a first time home purchase and what to expect that I had no idea about. From the date we first met to when we made an offer, was about 3 days. I ended up not getting that house (14+ offers higher and better than mine) but I was informed that might be the case when we submitted. Mike and Destiny informed me of the current market in the area and the additional things I would’ve needed to include to compete, which I declined. Less than 2 weeks later I found a house I was highly interested in seeing. Mike and Destiny were once again attentive, responsive, and proactive throughout the whole process, and made sure I was well-informed and comfortable with every decision. We love living in South Snohomish County, but, as retired seniors, in recent years we have increasingly found that living in a 2 story house with the bedrooms on the second floor is less and less practical.
